On November 20th and 21st, JG Electronics held an open house showcasing DTF Station’s Prestige range, featuring the latest addition, the A2-sized Prestige L2 DTF Printer. Renowned designer Tony Lee, based in the United States and the creative mind behind the L2, R2, and A4 Prestige DTF Printer models, conducted live printing demonstrations during the event.
The Prestige L2 stands as the most recent addition to DTF Station’s DTF printer line. Crafted for mid-sized businesses and those seeking an advancement from smaller pipelines, this roll printer boasts a compact yet potent design. Its intuitive design ensures a seamless and straightforward setup process.
Featuring a white ink circulating system, head strike sensor, auto-cleaning system, auto-wet capping station system, auto ink alarming system, a printing width of 45cm, and a printing speed of 6 Pass at 5.5sqm/hour or 8 Pass at 4.5sqm/hour, the Prestige L2 also includes a manual powder recycle every two to three hours during printing. Additionally, the unit comes equipped with DigiRIP RIP Software.
Discussing the Prestige range and its unique characteristics in the DTF market, Lee stated: “A lot of companies are simply importers. They don’t get involved with the development or the design of the product. They just get a product that is ready and they expect customers to learn how to do it. But I wanted to bring (products to the market) that are more reliable or something that is more customised.”
“We have different sizes available. In some ways, that’s very unique. My mission when I started this was to be the reliable company that could go long-term with the customer. But I thought about it, and if the customer cannot afford the A1, then there’s no way that I could create the relationship in the first place. So I wanted to bring in a very budget-friendly model. It is also unique in that you’re not going to see this many pieces of equipment, not just the printer alone, but different ovens, different presses and so on. We’re trying to be a one stop solution in this space” concluded by Lee.
The open house also featured the presentation of the Prestige A4 DTF Printer, R2 DTF Printer, Miro 13 Powder Shaker, Seismo M16 Powder Shaker/Dryer, and the Large Purifier.
